Renzo Mancini: A Tale of two delays: Disentangling Loop Behavior in the North Atlantic Current
We analyze the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation via a mathematical model, considering two?time delays. The time delays are associated with the Equator to North Pole salinity feedback and the surface-to-deep water exchange at the pole. Understanding these delayed interactions enhances insights into Atlantic Ocean dynamics and responses.
