Jennifer Park: Online interventions for online addictions: A systematic review

This systematic review aimed to (a) describe the types of online interventions for online addictions, (b) determine the effectiveness of online interventions for reducing online addictions. Among the fourteen included studies, eight types of interventions were identified. The review determined that online interventions were generally effective in reducing online addictions.
