In the glmm_mature.txt file:
Species - CYAdea refers to Cyathea dealbata, CYAmed refers to Cyathea medullaris and CYAsmi to Cyathea smithii
P - levels of treatment 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 which are 5, 10, 20, 40 mg.kg-1 of orthophosphate
L - light level treatments 1 / 2 / 3 which relate to low, medium and high irradiance levels
Mature - refers to the % of gametophytes that had grown to reach the size threshold (3mm from base to outer edge of lobe) in 168 days
Prop_G - refers to the % of spores germinated at 168 days

In the sporo_p.txt file:
Species - CYAdea refers to Cyathea dealbata, CYAmed refers to Cyathea medullaris and CYAsmi to Cyathea smithii
p - orthophosphate concentrations from the soils around each species
grp - identifier for different sources of data / different locations

in the Forest_Light_Levels.txt
Level - different forest stands Dense Understory (low canopy), Sparse Understory (low canopy), High Canopy, Canopy Gap
PAR - photosynthetic active radiation
