SNaK+: A survey of the sodium and potassium intakes and blood pressure of New Zealand school children

A survey of children's sodium and potassium intakes and blood pressure undertaken in five primary schools in Auckland and Dunedin, in 2022/23. 24-hour urine samples were collected alongside questions about childrens food intake. For participants who provided additional consent, urine was also assessed for iodine and/or fluoride content.
