Person-centred interviewing: a quasi-experimental study

The second iteration of the person-centred communication training evaluation used a quasi-experimental mixed methods study design. The following tasks were included in the training:
an initial survey gathering demographic information and the learning context
reading material explaining person-centred communication in healthcare
three virtual patient interviews
reading feedback reports on the interviews
a post-interview survey with questions related to case realism and automated feedback quality
post-training survey capturing the students' feedback on the training.
