The posterior trees using the Yule model (including 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 400 taxa) and Serial Coalescent (40, 80, 160 and 320 taxa).

In the dataset, each replicate consists of a distinct BEAST 2 XML file and the corresponding 'true' tree produced through simulation. Each XML file will undergo two separate runs.

Each of Yule 10 and 20 includes a total of 250 simulations, resulting in 500 BEAST tree files for enhanced resolution. All other analyses consist of 100 simulations each, generating 200 BEAST tree files.
