This software consists of two R scripts. VoyRisk_trade_connections_script.R uses functions located in VoyRisk_localFunctions.R and input data from VoyRisk_input-data.zip (DOI: ) to simulate maritime vessel paths between Marine Ecoregions Of the World (MEOW) ecoprovinces (Spalding et al. 2007).
