R script and data sets for the statistical analysis related to student learning

The Student_learning_results R script looks for input files in a sub-directory of the current path called "data". It was used to create plots for chapter 12 of my PhD thesis to test for significant differences in student scores at the start of training compared to the end of the training programme. I used a linear mixed effects model in for total scores and information gathering scores # to determine if any of the following factors mediate the students’ progress on tasks represented by their scores: the number of interviews completed, the number of interviews followed by reflection activity, and the number of days elapsed between the first and last interview.
