On January 30th, 2020 Callum Walley, a member of NeSI’s Applications Support team, presented a webinar on troubleshooting. Having helped numerous people overcome job submission obstacles, Callum used this webinar to point out some common errors NeSI users face and tips on how to identify and solve them as an App Support professional would. This presentation highlighted a methodical approach to troubleshooting that, ideally, left attendees feeling curious and confident to find the root cause of the errors they encounter.
