This presentation is a work-in-progress and delivered at the LIANZA RLL-2 Symposium, 25 May 2018.
The research is an investigation into the researcher perspectives of a library research support initiative towards the reporting for the 2018 PBRF Quality Evaluation.
The initiative was a new role created to assist Creative Arts and Industries researchers in their mandatory reporting for the 2018 PBRF round.
Qualitative interviews with researchers and library management were undertaken using Critical Incident Technique methodology, early findings confirm the success of the initiative in terms of faculty and library relationship building and report completion.
