Genome in 3D lecture slides

This is a guest lecture for third year biology students at the University of Auckland, BioSci354. It covers basic concepts of interphase genome organisation, mostly from the perspective of Hi-C, although examples of microscopy are briefly included. It also highlights recent research in this area.
