<p dir="ltr">Presentation given at ResBaz 2025 - AI tools for literature reviews: Using artificial intelligence ethically and effectively to augment your literature reviews.</p><p dir="ltr">Literature reviews are an important part of setting the scene for your research, but it can be time-consuming to find and evaluate large numbers of sources. With the explosion of interest surrounding all things AI, many researchers are wondering how generative AI tools might be applied to reviewing the literature. In this session, we will examine how generative AI tools can be used at different stages in the literature review process. We will explore the capabilities and limitations of some readily available AI tools and discuss how they can support your searches. Finally, we’ll review some important considerations when choosing to use them in the research process.</p>
