Scale reliability: A primer

This document gives an introductory primer to understanding scale reliability indices. I indicate the weakness of Cronbach's alpha and recommend McDonald's omega instead. In the context of CFA or SEM, I recommend and explain how to calculate Hancock's Coefficient H.
