Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is an early stage of cognitive decline that increases the risk of developing dementia, making early support essential for maintaining cognitive health in older adults. Our research collaborates with older adults, caregivers, and aged care experts to design digital tools that encourage lifestyle changes for people with MCI (pwMCI), potentially improving their cognitive health. We aim to create adaptable, culturally sensitive, and user-friendly technologies that enhance cognitive health, mood, and quality of life for pwMCI. This poster presents our research foundation, methodology, and expected outcomes.
