Social connectedness with schools for young people with long-term conditions [LTCs] can mitigate their sense of social isolation and exclusion. The Virtual Inclusion Initiatives Framework [VIIF] offers key considerations to advance social connectedness with schools for these young people based on stakeholders’ collective perspectives, including young people with LTC experience.
