Svenja Meissner: The development of a hydrogel-based ultrasound-triggered delivery system for neurotrophic growth factors

<p>Neurotrophic growth factors (NF) have a wide range of promising biological functions, including improved recovery after spinal cord injury. Challenges in using NFs for tissue engineering include rapid degradation and off-target effects.
