Santosh Bhujbal: DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF A STABILITY INDICATING HPLC METHOD FOR TONABERSAT ASSAY

Tonabersat, a cis benzopyran derivative with anti-inflammatory activity, shows potential in managing ocular disorders such as diabetic retinopathy and dry eye disease. However, no reliable tonabersat assay method exists. Therefore, this study aims to develop and validate a stability-indicating HPLC method for the assay of tonabersat.
