Phoebe Burns: Investigating the influence of hypoxia on cGAS-STING signalling in macrophages

Macrophages are immune cells often found in the oxygen-starved (hypoxic) regions of solid tumours. We investigated the effect of hypoxia on the anti-tumour interferon response in macrophage models.
