Olivia Martin: Decoding Body Fluids: RT-LAMP & CRISPR in Forensic Body Fluid Identification

<p dir="ltr">Forensic body fluid identification is used in sexual assault cases. RNA markers tell us the identity of a body fluid. RT-LAMP + CRISPR-Cas has emerged as a highly sensitive COVID-19 detection method. We aim to adapt this method for body fluid identification, directly comparing it to existing RNA based methods. </p><p>This poster was uploaded for the SGS Research Showcase 2023.</p>
