Nicholas Pudjihartono: Understanding how non-coding mutations cause Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA)
How mutations in the non-coding genetic regions lead to the development of JIA remains unknown. Here, we combined multiple levels of biological information to identify genes dysregulated by these mutations. Our results may contribute to the identification of tissue-specific therapeutic targets that play a role in the aetiology of JIA.
