Download fileMichael Pudjihartono: How noncoding mutations increase melanoma risk?
Most mutations associated with melanoma risk are in the non-protein-coding part of the genome, making functional interpretation difficult. Our study integrates multiple levels of biological information to identify genes dysregulated by these noncoding mutations. We highlight putative biological implications of long-range regulation, providing a starting point for further experimental validations.
