John Bailie: Transition in the AMOC

The Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) carries warm water into northern latitudes and returns cold deep waters southward. We perform bifurcation analysis on a conceptual model, determining the possible behaviour of the AMOC organised by freshwater flux and density differences.
