Ira Mautner: Development of Portable Raman Spectroscopy as a Clinic Tool for Assessing Photodamage in Skin

<p dir="ltr">We are developing low cost, portable Raman as a clinical tool to rapidly assess biomarkers for UV-damage in skin. Raman spectroscopy was carried out on 119 participants and analysed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Analysis of Variance/Simultaneous Component Analysis (ASCA), and Two Dimensional Correlation Spectroscopy (2D-COS) to identify these regions. </p><p>This poster was uploaded for the SGS Research Showcase 2023.</p>
