Ira Mautner: Development of Portable Raman Spectroscopy as a Clinic Tool for Assessing Photodamage in Skin

<p>We are developing portable Raman as a clinical tool to rapidly assess biochemical markers of actinic aging in skin.</p> <p>Raman spectra from both sun-exposed and sun-protected skin were measured in 119 participants aged four to ninety-four years old.
