Hoa Nguyen: Myrtle rust infection reduces photosynthesis of pōhutukawa seedlings

This study was to investigate the effects of myrtle rust, a fungal disease caused by Austropuccinia psidii, on leaf photosynthesis of pōhutukawa seedling. The study was conducted in a glasshouse with two treatments (infected and control). Disease severity increased significantly over time.
