Gillean Miller: Captivating Coconut or Pesky Prune? Quantification of γ-Nonalactone in Botrytised and Non-Botrytised New Zealand Wines

<p>The wine aromacompound γ-nonalactone is associated with coconut, stonefruit and prune descriptors.
