Georgina Nicholson: Scarus spinus, coralline algae and cyanobacteria: an example of dietary specialization in the parrotfishes

<p>This poster represents my second PhD chapter – which has just been published in the journal Coral Reefs. We followed the subject, a parrotfish, Scarus spinus on snorkel, when biting was observed, we extracted a reef core and back in the lab analysed the sample.
