Huntington’s disease is caused be a mutation in the gene encoding the huntingtin (HTT) protein. This study aims to provide a comprehensive profile of HTT protein immunoreactivity in human brain tissue microarrays by utilising a range of antibodies specific to various regions along the HTT protein sequence.
