Elizabeth Leaning: "The Sky's Door is Opened for You": Aspects of Astronomy in the Ancient Egyptian Pyramid Texts

<p dir="ltr">This thesis explores evidence of astronomical understanding in ancient Egypt’s Old Kingdom by reading a 3rd millenium BC religious text – the Pyramid Texts – through an archaeoastronomical lens.
