A novel and efficient Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction (DLLME) method coupled with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) was developed to determine 33 key aroma compounds (esters, alcohols, aldehydes, terpenes, norisoprenoids, fatty acids and phenols) present in Pinot noir (PN) wine.
