Claire Beach: Qualmark Certified, SDG Aligned?

Tourism New Zealand has long promoted New Zealand as a sustainable destination. This research explores whether tourism firms in New Zealand have adopted sustainability initiatives and, if so, which sustainability dimensions have been included. Over half of tour operators have some form of sustainability initiative, but hotels lag significantly behind.
