Effective communication is crucial to ensure patients accept cheaper medications, such as biosimilars. This systematic review explores global communication strategies to provide guidance on explaining biosimilars to patients in NZ. Future communication strategies should provide written documents (e.g., letters) that contain basic information and use consultations/telephone calls to address concerns.
