This manual was developed by the core modeling team of Steve Allender, Kristy Bolton, Andrew Brown, and Penny Fraser from the Global Obesity Centre at Deakin University. It was used as an exemplar for how to run GMB sessions with secondary school students in NZ as part of a PhD thesis (Erica D’Souza: e.dsouza@auckland.ac.nz)
