Scale reliability: A primer and calculator

<p dir="ltr">This document gives an introductory primer to understanding scale reliability indices. I indicate the weakness of Cronbach's alpha and recommend McDonald's omega instead. In the context of CFA or SEM, I recommend and explain how to calculate Hancock's Coefficient H. I have added an Excel spreadsheet to download to facilitate calculation of Coefficient H.</p>
