<p> Without attempting to figure out what this image means, </p> <p>Can you ask your body how it makes you feel?</p> <p>Pause, for a few seconds,  </p> <p>Look deeply, to trace the energies and rhythms of the strokes,</p> <p>Where it starts, and where does it take you? </p> <p>Remember, your task is </p> <p>to extract the felt sensations from your body,  not being indulged by the concepts from your thinking mind. </p> <p>Now,  </p> <p>Tell me, what did your body say about this image? </p> <p>How does it affect your corporeal rhythms? </p> <p>Do you feel bouncy? Soothed?
