<h2><b>Simulation videos</b></h2><h3><b>General information</b></h3><p dir="ltr">The simulations were computed in <a href="https://chaste.github.io/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">Chaste</a> with the idealised and realistic meshes in all four stages of the estrus cycle (proestrus, estrus, metestrus, and diestrus). Short simulations lasted 15 s with only one stimulus at the ovarian end of the horn. Long simulations lasted 90 s with two stimuli in different locations across the uterine horns. Simulations were computed on meshes with and without muscle layer fibre orientations. </p><h3><b>Contents</b></h3><p dir="ltr">This item contains the simulation videos for that were generated with the idealised and realistic meshes. </p><p dir="ltr">The <b>cycle</b> folder contains simulations with the idealised geometry (<b>scaffold</b>) and realistic geometries (<b>realistic</b>). Each folder contains the videos from the long and short simulations. These simulations were computed across the estrus cycle without fibre orientations. </p><p dir="ltr">The <b>fibres </b>folder contains simulations with the idealised geometry (<b>scaffold</b>) and realistic geometries (<b>realistic</b>). Each folder contains the videos from the short simulations (<b>short</b>) and the short simulations with increased values of g<sub>CaL</sub> (<b>gcal</b>). These simulations were computed across the estrus cycle with fibre orientations included in the meshes. </p>
