My answer to q1 A candidate’s social media presence, or digital footprint in general, yields much information that is potentially relevant to employment screening, college admissions, and other candidate screening activities. How will and how should social media footprints be utilized as assessments? Do you believe that this will eventually reduce or eliminate the need for employment screening? What is your prediction?
