The impact of training students how to write introductions for academic essays: An exploratory, longitudinal study

this paper was based on Jenny Marshall's Masters of Arts thesis that I supervised in 2007-8. the paper reports how the instruction Jenny and her team gave to students about writing an introduction produced positive effects on their writing.
