My project focuses on constructing a brain atlas based on tractography, specifically mapping movement-related brain pathways to aid in stroke rehabilitation. By highlighting the neural connections involved in motor function, this atlas aims to improve understanding of recovery processes and support targeted rehabilitation strategies. "Movement in Bloom" features brain pathways segmented into movement-related tracts that naturally resemble a vibrant, colourful flower. The myriad of colourful lines forms delicate, petal-like shapes. These tracts seem to bloom and shine with life, symbolizing the brain's role in movement and growth, blending science and art in a radiant display.
