In many Pacific cultures, knowledge and history are passed down through media such as oration, hiapo, and tattoos. Reflecting the focus of this research and aligning it with these traditions, it was decided to create a form of research dissemination outside the typical Western academic approach. As the Lili Health model (Holt, 2020) supported the interpretation of the themes generated, it was also used to guide the art piece created to represent Pacific peoples’ experiences and views on community pharmacists’ roles in heart health equity in Aotearoa. The significance of relationships between Pacific peoples and community pharmacists is symbolised by floral motifs representing connection and support. The cultural congruence theme is illustrated through the Poloi plant, showcasing collaboration despite diverse backgrounds. Seabird motifs and navigational symbols represent healthcare accessibility, while shark teeth imagery conveys complexities within the health system. The sky background emphasises Pacific peoples' navigation of the healthcare system.
