FE to microFE

Overview of the workflow used to obtain trabecular strains. Finite element models are used to simulate different tasks to produce cartilage stress distributions. The subchondral reaction forces were applied as boundary conditions to μFE trapezium bone volume meshes based on μCT imaging.
