In my dissertation, I explored the interplay between queue configuration and server performance, with the aim to identify the underlying mechanisms driving distinct behaviors.
In the first lab experiment, I investigate the group dynamics of servers operating in various queue configurations. I discover that shared queue structures tend to heighten servers' perceptions that their individual efforts cannot be identified, and that their contributions are dispensable, both of which can demotivate servers and lead to a decrease in their working speed.
This file is the raw data for my first experiment. This is the csv file from M-turk. The other file is my code in R to analyse the dataset.
