eGenes associated with GS and NMD (MG, MS and ALS) co-occur in the same biological pathways. The dataset contains the overlapping pathways identified between GS and each of the NMD phenotypes (MG, MS and ALS). The information about the list of eGenes contributing to those pathways are also included.
