This meticulously curated dataset encompasses 3,162 tests performed on externally bonded FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) strips or ties applied to concrete members, spanning studies from 1994 to 2024. It includes a comprehensive range of test types, notably single-lap shear tests, double-lap shear tests, and direct tension tests. The data have been rigorously collected from a wide array of published sources, including peer-reviewed journal articles, technical reports, conference proceedings, and other scholarly works, offering a cohesive and extensive overview of advancements in FRP-based concrete strengthening techniques. The dataset is organized into several structured files, including subsets for glass FRP (201 tests) and carbon FRP (1,627 tests), alongside a master database comprising all available variables. Cleaned versions with outliers removed are also provided to facilitate refined analysis and modeling efforts. While some material testing data are incorporated—particularly from recent large-scale experiments conducted by Simpson Strong-Tie Inc.—these serve as supplementary enrichments rather than the primary focus. Additionally, the compilation features Paper No. 418 from the FRPRCS (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Reinforcement for Concrete Structures) conference, with its full version published in an ACI SP (American Concrete Institute Special Publication), further enriching the dataset’s academic depth and diversity. This assembled dataset is intended as a substantial, integrated resource for academics, researchers, and industry professionals. It provides a balanced and expansive view of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of FRP reinforcements in concrete structures, enabling users to explore and understand the evolution of testing methodologies and reinforcement techniques across three decades of research and practice.
