This dataset consists a zip file containing four files. The files can be used to locate related PMR model in the Physiome Model Repository (PMR) with the given ontology terms available in SCKAN. The files are:

sckan2pmr.json: is the main file, containing dictionaries of SCKAN terms to the PMR model
metadata.json: containing metadata to create the dictionary, i.e. SCKAN version, indexer version, and setup for similarity measure
