Idealised rat uterine meshes

General information

The meshes were created using the scaffold creator from MAPClient. The meshes were generated with different element resolutions. One mesh was annotated with the fibre orientations generated with a Laplace-Dirichlet rule-based algorithm. The angles were coloured based on the angle relative to the centerline of the uterine horns. The meshes use tetrahedral elements and are scaled in cm.

Contents

This item contains anatomically realistic meshes in different formats. The vtk folder contains the meshes that can be viewed in Paraview. The tetgen folder contains the same meshes in the .tet format used for simulations in Chaste. The annotated folder contains the vtk meshes annotated with the fibre orientations.
