HVN1934 Metadata Record - Pre-approved health and nutrition content claims for New Zealand-grown peanuts

<p dir="ltr">This metadata record and it's attached files make statements about the kinds of data collected as part of this research, and set out policies for governance of that data, now and in the future.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Description:</b> Project to determine the nutrient composition and related pre-approved claims for peanut butter made from New Zealand-grown peanuts.</p><p dir="ltr">New Zealand grown peanuts were supplied for nutritional composition and formulation analysis. These will be assessed against Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) standards to determine permissible nutrient content claims. In turn, the projet will support Pic's to grow their understanding of nutrition and health claim regulations as well as the wider lablelling requirements, and how these can be applied in their marketing strategies.</p>
