<h2><b>Annotated meshes</b></h2><h3><b>General information</b></h3><p dir="ltr">The meshes were generated from the micro-computed tomography data. The meshes use tetrahedral elements coloured based on the thickness of the myometrium. The thickness values were computed from the segmentation of the micro-computed tomography data and normalised by the weight of the animals.</p><h3><b>Contents</b></h3><p dir="ltr">There is one mesh for each stage of the estrus cycle in a .vtk format.</p>
