Additional table describing the vOTUs-representative UViGs identified in the participants in the Gut Bugs Trial, analysed in the manuscript "Phages modulate bacterial communities in the human gut following faecal transplantation". The UViGs have been described according to the latest MIUViG standards (November 10th 2023).
