Gametophyte niche differences among sympatric tree ferns

R code and data for submitted Biology Letters paper to be run in conjunction with other data stored in gametophyte ecology project.

Data includes:

- development to size threshold of gametophytes of three species of Cyathea

- germination percentages etc.

- irradiance levels in the understorey of varied NZ forest types

- orthophosphate concentrations of soils in locations where Cyathea are established
